Some items such as Hot Pockets when ordered in quantities of 12,000 are FREE SHIPPING. The free shipping applies only to the specific item, not to the entire order unless that item is the entire order. Other items purchased will incur the normal charges and will be reflected in the shopping cart shipping totals when you checkout. You can view the shipping charges each time you add a product to the cart. Shipping outside the Continental US 48 states will incur additional shipping charges. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, please contact us to verify any additional shipping charges after placing your order. We will also follow up with the additional amount via email so please check your email box within a couple of hours of placing your order. If the order is placed after hours, or on the weekend, we will notify you via email on the next business day.

We're sorry, but there are no refunds for improperly submitted orders that have been printed or if there have been updates after you placed an order with us from the company you represent.
